WildJar and Podium Integration

The WildJar Podium integration allows you to view caller details directly in your Podium inbox, listen to call recordings, trigger SMS notifications, and have visibility on all your leads in one place.

Automatically merge and match WildJar call data in Podium to an existing record to have full visibility on your customers online and offline interactions with your business.

The integration requires 2 steps:

1. WildJar support will need to activate the Podium webhook
2. Podium will need to map the Account Number from WildJar into the Inbox, so the phone leads filter in correctly

For Podium Phones Integration:

To keep the WildJar attribuition and still use Podium Phones, simply point your WildJar tracking numbers to answer at your Podium Phone number. This will keep all the rich WildJar data that you love, whilst using the Podium Phone to manage your internal agents.
